You are in Pula, what now? Most of the distances you can walk, from Rojc bulding to the city center it's about 10 min, to the beach 15-20min, to the central bus station around 20 min, railway station is 25min away. Pula has very cheap taxis (such as CityTax?), for 25 or 30 Kunas. See also http://wikitravel.org/en/article/Pula.But in case it rains (or you want to inspect Pula city buses ) this is the map:
Probably you'll use only lines numbered 1, 2 and 3 to reach more distant beaches or something. Lines 2 and 3 are circular so you can have a ride or two to see how this town look from the bus
The ticket bought in the bus (drivers sell tickets and controls them) cost 10 kunas (= 1,4 EUR).
Buses go more or less every 20 minutes, not after 22:30 in the evenings.
